Muscle and Strength Training
According to modern research conducted by the likes of Dr Eric Helms, Dr Brad Schoenfeld and Dr Mike Israetel, building Muscle and building Strength are synonymous so to maximise results in the gym you must build both. The personal training programs I offer use the foundations of modern science, my programs use the well researched and proven systems of RPE, Percentage Programming, Linear and Daily Undulating Periodization. I tailor these proven methods uniquely to each client so they can maximise their results. So whether you are a beginner lifter who has no experience or an advanced lifter who has plateaued, my programs ensure that you can progress the way you want.

Diet Plans
Do you want to build muscle, lose weight or even both? Well to do any of these you must have a solid diet plan. From personally training clients, I know that only 30% of changing your body comes from physical activity and the other 70% comes from your diet. There is nothing more unique to an individual in the lifting game then their dietary requirements. Especially with dieting there is no one size fits all diet to gain muscle or lose weight for every individual, and if another personal trainer is saying this i'm afraid to say that this trainer probably needs a personal trainer themselves. I develop close relationships with my clients in order to understand what they effectively respond to. Using this information I am then able to create a diet plan unique to you, and only you which will maximise your results.
